Anusheh is a yoga #teacher in Berlin, who has been working for more than 10 years in different styles of yoga, like different types of #hatha yoga including hot yoga too. She’s also trained in #Ayurveda, Aura-Soma, #Reiki, #meditation and is continuously educating herself in anatomy, #energy and #consciousness work. In this episode, we'll speak about Anusheh's journey to yoga, about all angles and #benefits of it, and about how to find a relationship to your own #body.
