Anusheh is a yoga #teacher​ in Berlin, who has been working for more than 10 years in different styles of yoga, like different types of #hatha​ yoga including hot yoga too. She’s also trained in #Ayurveda​, Aura-Soma, #Reiki​, #meditation​ and is continuously educating herself in anatomy, #energy​ and #consciousness​ work. In this episode, we'll speak about Anusheh's journey to yoga​, about all angles and #benefits​ of it​, and about how to find a relationship to your own #body​.
