In 2006 the Innocent 3 were wrongly convicted in Coweta County Georgia. Benjamin Hargett, Angelo Armstrong, and Michael Cox were given death sentences for a crime they have never committed. In fact,  the crux of the state's case is based on hearsay statements. The state of Georgia could not produce any type of evidence to corroborate with these statements that convicted the Innocent 3. Therefore these statements should have been done away with and not allowed to be heard in front of a jury.
