On this episode we spoke with BenjamIn Perez, also known on his social media platforms as Perez the Advisor. We discussed some of the challenges he faced growing up in pursuit of higher education, as well as the importance he places on prioritizing mental health and paving the way for future generations. He is the founder and host of the Latinx Greek Life podcast and the Find Your Purpose Instagram Series. He is a first-generation college graduate and professional, and alum of San Jose State University and Hartnell College.

BenjamÍn was born and raised in the Salad Bowl; Salinas, Ca. He is the son of immigrants from México -a fact he extremely proud of- adopted by the Bay Area, and he currently serves students in their trajectory towards finding their purpose. His passions are empowering and advocating for his culture.
