The ability to take a job and be effective at it, regardless of yours or others opinions of it, is one of the hardest skills to gain but the biggest payoff when performed. Justin Yarbrough, a police officer in south Florida, has done multiple roles as a law enforcement officer, with some not being the most glamourous. When you hear him describe what he was able to do as a school resource officer, public affairs officer, and community resource officer, as well as his standard role of being a regular police officer, his charisma is only outshined by his work ethic. Take a listen to this awesome story and learn about his journey in the LEO world as well as his podcast! @DonutShopPodcast2020 https://www.donutshoppodcast.com/Go on over to JumpMedic and get your hands on some quality first aid go bags. Whether you're military, a teacher, or a food service worker, one of the greatest aspects about work is hearing how everyone got to the same spot. WIth Matthew and Austin, they had different stories but somehow ended up joining the same force and becoming friends and podcasters. Carlos Techera has seen a lot. From being the parents of immigrants to rescuing comrades in a fiery helicopter crash to dishing out chaos as a drill sergeant and a ranger instructor, this young man has seen a lot....and he's just getting started. His social media influence has grown tremendously, making him a leader in transparency of the Army lifestyle as well as a coach and mentor to those coming up in the ranks. I loved his outlook and I hope y'all love this episode. Be sure to like, subscribe, share, and also follow this badass.

When you look at people 10 years after high school, you often are shocked by what you see. This can be good, bad, or just plain wild. Gapsch and I have known each other since 9th grade, so hearing his exploits of deployment at 19, finding passion in country music, and creating the beautiful life he has now was awesome. He is a good man and a greater human being. Check out his story!
Few make it 20 years in the Army. Fewer don the Green Beret and become a Special Forces medic. Even fewer are able to retain a marriage and healthy relationship with their kids. Adam Brazil was able to do all of this, as well as find a new passion on the way out. Topics included surviving deployments, handling immense trials with children, and developing a business while still in. You can find his custom leatherwork store, below. What an honor.

Green Berets, Coffee, and Politics. That was the discussion I had with Nate Dressel, the owner of Frontier Coffee Company and the Boldly Patriotic Podcast, both known for having strong views and not being afraid to let the world know. From his time as a Special Forces Medic to running a drive thru coffee shop to running as for a house representative seat in Tennessee, you're going to want to hear this one.
