I have been on a root chakra path this week you can see the start here introduction to Chakra's .

I am not an expert in anyway, i am just a bloke on a journey and you are welcome to join me.

Muladhara means root in sanskrit and is the first of the Chakra and is connected with our most basic fundamental needs survival, food, shelter and the health and safety of our phyisical bodies.

It is important to not only read up about Chakras, because it takes actual practice, it takes effort to replenish and find the balance needed.

That is right it is an action.

One small part of this is mindset because it really does matter, honestly mindset is half the journey.

If you can master your mindset then you will be doing well.

Whenever we take this kind of journey expect not only good things to happen, there will be things we will have to let go or deal with and they maybe painful.

A great way to increase the replenish of your Chakra is music tones and affirimations.

I am not going to go too deep into this right now as it needs a few post to cover the subject but there are certain tones that help with certain Chakra's.

It is also the same for the affirmations.

Root music and base affirmations are needed with an open mind, say them loud and listen to the tones.

Affirmations are important for personal development and growth, they also help you keep that positive tone as you go about your day.

Incorporate affirmations in your daily routine Chakra specific.

Today's Base Chakra Wisdom Card

It is important to be positive and to realise you are a warrior not a worrier

Earn Playing Game

Playing and watching people play games can both be valid ways to earn rewards online.

My son is a gamer he loves them and to wind him up i said to him it was easy to become a professional gamer.

He said it isn't as easy as i think it would be and listed all these different reasons why?

Blah blah blah blah

I told him that is really just a defeated mindset.😎

See my son has already created all the excuses why it won't work so then it won't work.

I told him it is bullshit and i can show him with just one post

I posted my game play into the post through 3speak and after some time i got some upvotes.

There i showed him i earned crypto with my game play and that makes me a professional gamer.

He now says it is only one video and does not count as i would have to earn from it on a regular basis to be deemed professional, athough i believe this answer came from his mum.

**Challenge accepted **

So here is my second gaming video here on Hive give us an upvote, then let me know in the comments what games you like on or off chain and i will reward you with Alive.

He is now asking questions about Hive, i seemed to have peaked his interest.

Talking about games have you met Larry

Starting The Week Strong

Ended last week and started this one smashing the 10,000 mark on Listnerds.

Even though we have seen a drop in the price of Hive i am not worried i believe in come backs.

Hive has come back before and it will do it again.

The point being is there will always be times where things seem to be going the wrong way then suddenly it changes and things rise again.

Up and down is what life is all about.

When the market is down this is a time to invest and develop, the when the market rises again that is where fortunes are made.

But mostly if you want things to continue then you need to support the projects and communities you believe in so they are able to continue and make a come back when the market rises.

Look i am not going to tell you what you should do financially or personally i am sure you have your goals.

Heck you probably know better than me.

But if people panic and flee that is where the losses are made hodling and developing now secures the value of your tokens bottom line in the future.

Listnerds is great for discovering content and increasing your network.

If you are a content creator or curator this is a must have tool on the Hive blockchain.

I use to live on the streets in London, so did my wife different journey, different reasons but now we don't in fact we would go on to raise 4 children and now grand children together many years later.

Come backs you got to love them

I am giving away FREE Alive tokens so just comment below and i will tip you.

We Are Alive Tribe I AM ALIVE think my granddaughter said it all for us both.

A journey will have lots of twists and turns but if you stay true and focused on your goals, success will be waiting.

There are people in the community that are willing to guide and support you so reach out to other members.

Remember no matter what you do or where you come from you are part of a community now and we although maybe on different paths are in this together.

Supporting others and helping them creates pure energy which will have a positive effect on your own life.

The We Are Alive Tribe Guide

Often people don't see the journey they just see the end result, know with any success also comes many defeats the trick is to never give up.

👉 @bradleyarrow wants to get you more exposure for your post just mention him.👍

I love Listnerds and i think you will too it is an amazing concept.

Don't know what Listnerds is?

Listnerds is a message reading and sending social hub on the Hive Blockchain

Discover new content online and get paid for doing it.

If you are able to find the time to read the messages in Listnerds and you send as often as you can, you will easily make back your investment especially if you combine it with a Hive post too.

If just a small fraction start getting active we will all be laughing.

This is a new project and we need everyone to get active now.

Now the opening rate may suck at the moment but i know it will get better.

This is exactly what i had staked this morning

This is what it is now, i need more emails and Listnerds needs more active users.

Even if you are not ready to jump in as an upgraded member FREE is available.

My goals have not changed really

1000hp by the end of the year

To reach 5000 ALIVE and CTP Tokens

To buy at least 1 miner a week last week so i purchased a LENM last week.

To reach 500 Listnerds

Going to keep working on Heartbeat On Hive as my main focus.

I really struggled with the internet today only just got this video up after hours of failed attempts even just commenting has been a struggle with the internet constantly dropping out.

There really is nothing i can do about it just keep pushing through i guess.

Going to be doing a lot of angry complaining to our supplier.

Been Sick Slow Sorry

I have been super ill from flu it is rediculous so it means that i have been struggling to get everything done i need to not just on Hive but in general life.

Anyway we must not give up and we should just push through.

I am feeling much better and just more focused at getting ahead.

What doesn't kill us makes us stronger.

I am just going to pick up where i left off.

Today's Roll

Today i did 2 rolls to give you double the chance to win the reason because i been falling behind due to the fact i got ill this weekend and so this post is late.

I got really rough Saturday, sleeped and sweated most of it out, still feeling a little tired but i reckon i will be OK tomorrow.

Drinking green tea and going to relax.

I was going to include goals for this week however i feel this needs a separate post.

The reason being is i paid for the enterprise membership at Listnerds and want to see how it works on my @heartbeatonhive account,

I create We Are Alive Tribe curation trails there and just waiting for the results of that first email before i do my goals for the week as they may need to be adjusted depending on the result.

Plus still feeling a little rough

However we must just continue and i am starting to feel much better today.

Here we go because I AM ALIVE
