‘Powerful Grounding I Am Statement’

Today, I am exceeding my own expectations. 'I Am' opening my consciousness to the infinite. There are no barriers, no limitations, there is no end. Everything is unfolding in consciousness now.

Therefore ‘I Am’ opening my thoughts towards a broader horizon. I look beyond my perception of reality, beyond all barriers created from my own beliefs and fears. ‘I Am’ Now open to new possibilities.

Through Love, release, and inner work, I know peace and will have Peace because I now have a gentle view of life and welcome every step with confidence. I remain brave in the face of fear or limitation and move forward with wisdom, and let the universe do its job. Amen

As we deal with energy in our lives it is integral to understand we are at once a part of it, and yet the option to separate from energetic forces is present. The spiritual meaning of number 11 deals directly with our involvement with the progression of life. When it appears, it references both our ability to be objective and subjected to life events – it is how we enter through the doorway of choice that determines the purity of the outcome.

Healing Body, Mind & Spirit is the ways of Ancient Medicine and is still in practice today in remote and foreign countries all over the World, and has started to show up all across the US. If you are continuing to have unresolved health issues you can look into healing through Metaphysical Healing Practitioners. I will never tell you to not follow your GP's request but I will say some Gp's work with and alongside Medical Physicians. See if your Gp is connected to one and if they will refer you to and work alongside one if they are not connected to one already. Sometimes, the answer to our unlying causes can be spiritual or even mental too. Always, Always do your best to work with your GP, but if you are not receiving the healing needed to bring comfort to your body, mind, and spirit, Metaphysical Healers are available to assist you. When we serve others without concern over what we see and hear as well as what we might receive in return, we experience the beauty of selfless love. The size of our universe (and happiness) begins to expand exponentially.

It is no small thing that happiness is pursued by so many. Let’s make sure we find it—in both the short term and the long term.

How to Return to the Grounding State at Will? Once you are in a grounding state with the help of mediation, associate a  word, a phrase, or an image with the grounded state. When meditating, use that as a mantra and make a strong connection of it with your grounding state.  Once you have created a strong connection, you can use that particular word,  phrase, or image to return to your grounding state whenever you are stressed or in need to relax. Mastering this technique will enable you to go into a grounding state immediately by just saying or remembering that particular word.
