not an easy button this is not a golf lesson I'm not going to teach you a
technique and then you go do it this is actual work where we're going to be building we're going to be recruiting
muscles than building muscles this is not going to be easy and so many people don't understand

it but you showed me in two simple positions how off my physique
is but you open my eyes immediately because my rotation body my stability
my core was just mind-blowing seeing the position that I could get into and I don't think I felt that in over a decade.
