Bernardo Rodriguez IV of Floresville has been sentenced to 10 years in prison for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. The sentence was handed down Jan. 15, after a jury in the 81st Judicial District was presented with evidence showing that Rodriguez drove past an individual in October 2020, exited his vehicle, and fired three rounds in the direction of the individual, one of which struck him in the leg.
