01. Marino Canal & David O'Dowda - Half Life (Berni Turletti Remix)

Release Info:

Berni Turletti headlines the latest installment of our free download series with a stunning new interpretation of Marino Canal & David O’Dowda’s ‘Half Life’. Originally released in 2023, the collaborative production quickly emerged as a standout in the melodic and progressive landscape, praised for its emotive songwriting, haunting atmosphere and refined production aesthetics. Now, Argentinean producer Berni Turletti adds his own unique touch to the record, reshaping it into a deep and hypnotic progressive house journey primed for dance floors worldwide.

Hailing from Villa Maria, Cordoba, Berni Turletti has steadily carved out a reputation as one of Argentina’s most consistent progressive house exports. With releases via some of the genre’s most respected imprints including Sudbeat, Mango Alley, UV and Meanwhile, Berni’s detailed and emotionally rich productions have earned the support of scene tastemakers Paul Thomas, Hernan Cattaneo, Mariano Mellino, Kasey Taylor and Nick Warren, among others. Known for blending warm melodic textures with driving grooves and sophisticated arrangements, the Argentine producer continues to evolve with each successive release while remaining firmly rooted in the progressive sound that first defined his rise.

Already gaining attention through drops from Guy J, Ezequiel Arias, Antrim and Paul Deep Berni’s interpretation of ‘Half Life’ masterfully preserves the emotional essence of the original while injecting it with a fresh late-night energy designed for progressive dance floors. With its rolling rhythm section, atmospheric synth work and captivating tension throughout, the remix stands as another impressive addition to Berni’s growing catalogue. We’re thrilled to welcome him to Progressive Astronaut’s free download series and offer this special reinterpretation of Marino Canal & David O’Dowda’s ‘Half Life’ as an exclusive free download. Enjoy.

💎 DIAMOND 045 — Moonstone

The journey continues. 🌕

Moonstone reminds us that not everything needs to be understood.

Some things are meant to be felt.

This new chapter of Diamond is inspired by the quiet light of the Moonstone — a stone that invites us to trust our intuition, embrace the present moment and keep moving with intention.

Sometimes it's not about understanding.

It's about being present.

In this episode, I'm sharing some of my own music, along with tracks by artists I truly admire, including Gai Barone, Mike Griego, Jamie Stevens, Kabi (AR), Agustín Ficarra , Polo , Stereo Underground and more.

Curated & mixed by Berni Turletti.

DIAMOND 044 — Labradorite

A journey through organic textures,

progressive depth

and melodic resolution.

Inspired by labradorite — a stone that reveals its light only when it’s in motion.

Some things don’t appear immediately.

They unfold along the way.

This episode includes music by Berni Turletti,

along with artists such as Guy J, Kasper Koman, Gianluca, EMPHI, Jamie Stevens and more.

Curated & mixed by Berni Turletti.

This is my humble interpretation of this beautiful track by Sailor & I.

I created it with all my love and gratitude for you.
