Before finding her purpose in guiding others towards a more fulfilled life, Kira had a successful 12-year sales career at some of the largest companies, such as Cox Enterprises and Google. Though at the pinnacle of her corporate career, she came to the realization that she was meant to do more with her time on this Earth. Kira knew that she was not living her true life purpose. Knowing that the present is all we have, she boldly quit her corporate career to follow her passion in guiding people to the best version of themselves. Kira's greatest joy is watching others utilize her message to fuel their own positive life changes.

Kira passionately speaks on the need to "make empathy great again", enlightening others as to how connected we all are to one another. Taking it one step further, Kira has been deeply concerned over the years with the widening gap of care between men and women. Men quietly face enormous challenges without much focus or concern for their needs as human beings.  Kira strongly advocates that men matter too, face daily life challenges, and are in desperate need of a supportive community. She accomplishes this by educating both men AND women through published articles, blog posts, podcasts, speaking engagements, and outreach. Understanding, empathy, and open-mindedness is the only way for greater connection between the sexes. Kira advocates that men need to feel supported in a safe environment where they can develop their own individual definition of masculinity.
