By guiding your brain from 12.5Hz to 15Hz, the session promotes clarity, focus, and nervous system regulation without overstimulation. It can help reduce mental fog, support sustained attention, and bring a sense of grounded energy throughout the morning.
You can use it with your eyes open or closed, ideally in a quiet environment, during light activities such as reading or simply sitting. It can be used without headsets unless the environment is noisy.
As this is a new type of experience, I recommend using it four times during the first week to observe its effects. It is best used in the morning or during the day, as it gently increases brain activity.
