In this week's episode, Alyson goes all the way back to an elementary school connection that would become a worldwide-traveling, award-winning, professional musician.

Important note: in this episode's recollection of the concert memory, Alyson actually mixes two different dates/sets of memories from seeing Christian perform with Josh Groban, in Seattle. The first concert was in late August, 2011. I attended with my childhood best friend and we went backstage afterwards, and had a drink at the busses before they departed. It was the 2nd time I saw them, on 10.4.13, that a different group of us attending went out to a late dinner in Seattle, after the concert, with Christian, his girlfriend and 4 or 5 of us old friends.

Energetic Influences on this week's recording:

*Dr. Jason Dean interview with Charlie Ward - https://youtu.be/5gaFYZ6ksgU

*Weekly Jared Rand 'Time for Change' call - https://youtu.be/6lZZX-Dd-i0

*The reading of 'Four - A Divergent Collection' by Veronica Roth

*Continued viewing of Season 6 of NCIS

In this week's episode, we discuss the 'segment of society' which most defined Alyson, pre-Spiritual Awakening - the heady, academic, book-smart aspects of her life and experiences. Perhaps one of the biggest gaps of all that Alyson perceives is the one between those who have succeeded within these systems and those who have gone an alternative, more unique-to-their-individual-character, route. Speaking from outside this circle - especially, after having been 'inside' for most of her life - has been one of the most evolving areas of Alyson's work over the past decade. Finally, enough strength has been gained and enough outer-world need has arise to just get real, trust, and speak from the heart mind.

In this week's episode, we introduce the dream Joe Rogan connection through a man named, Rick Doblin - the founder of M.A.P.S. - Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies. Rick, a graduate of New College (small, alternative, high-performing academic institution located in Sarasota, FL) and Harvard also happens to the be the owner of the physical home in which the visions/dreams of Alyson were born into the physical dimension via her company. 7 years have passed and from one perspective, it could be said that Alyson's Story has been a real-life example of a deep healing and profound transformation initiated and aided by the intentional use of marijuana and mushrooms.

In this week's episode, we travel west to Seattle and to the halls of Microsoft. Fresh off of her Spiritual Awakening, in mid-2011, Alyson embarks on the next leg of her journey. With pure joy in her heart, the innocence of a child, and the excitement of feeling reborn, she experiences life in unprecedented ways as she begins to learn how to slow down, be fully present, feel happiness for extended periods of time and to follow her own Voice, calling from within and beyond.
