I go over some foods which are very low in calories but also filling so that you can maintain a calorie deficit and still be able to eat rather than starve yourself.
I like to say don't be lazy take an extra 5-10 minutes and look at nutrition labels, I guarantee you will find something low calorie that you didn't expect and will help you on your diet tremendously.
