Mikey walks us through his start in pro wrestling, why he gravitated toward managing, and how the persona of “Coach Mikey” came to life. He shares behind-the-scenes stories managing The Ugly Ducklings, Wade Adams, and JD Drake, gaining the confidence, chemistry, and chaos that came with some of his first big opportunities and favorite matches at ringside.

The conversation then takes a turn into one of the most unexpected transitions in sports entertainment of stepping away from wrestling and landing with the Savannah Bananas. Mikey details the audition process, learning the Bananas culture, becoming a Man-Nana, and eventually evolving into “Rad Bod Mikey”. From game-day routines to pro wrestlers crossing over into Banana Ball, this episode pulls back the curtain on what makes the Bananas such a phenomenon.
