Our guest tells us how he turned his life around, losing 50kg or 8 stone in bodyweight and went from an obese call centre worker in the midlands to a Hollywood script writer, producer and super toned Chris Pratt lookalike he gives us his secret for doing this and tells us how you can stop procrastinating and achieving your goals.  

He also tells us about how to get free ice creams, and an ultra cheap restaurant with amazing food.

After we recorded this in 2024 he won a BAFTA prize for his screenplay.

NEW YORK’s HOTTEST COMEDIAN tells us hisBEST places to go and things to do in LONDON. He’s wowed audiences in the USA and across the world. I saw him perform with huge TV personality Harry Hill. He has some amazing choices of venues and restaurants and his favourite place is VERY surprising. He has some great London recommendations and insights and is very funny.

He was wearing a jacket that he embroidered with matisse artworks that looked amazing so I’ll post a photo or a video showing that on my instagram.
