This week we head back to to 1940s to follow Gregory Peck’s covert assignment against antisemitism in GENTLEMAN’S AGREEMENT. Jay Dowski rejoins BPC along with Grant Z as the gang reenters the BPC social minefield to tackle the worldly issues this film confronts in 1947, and how they carry through to today. To lighten the mood we go through Arnold Schwarzenegger’s entire filmography which includes impressions, one-liners, and mind-numbing time travel rhetoric. Jay also gives his 3 choices for the BPC Horrorfest Tournament!

For the month of October we will be hosting our first BPC HORRORFEST Tournament on our Twitter account @bestpicturecast !! 24 horror movies have been selected by each member of our team and we are pitting them up against each other in a World Cup style Tournament! It's up to you to select which movie we will do a full episode on the week of Halloween! This episode previews the 24 movies selected and lays out the first round of pool play. Voting begins October 1st and will continue throughout the month of October! We can't wait!

In our Season Two premiere we are back with some more BPC deep dive action as we suit up and tackle the most recent film we have covered so far in 2012's ARGO!
