I am sure you have or still do believe one or two of these, don't worry, I believed them all too until I tried them, researched them and saw many around me try them and fail. I felt miserable; I saw what it was doing to my relationship with myself, my body and my food and new there was a better way! Ladies, and gents, there 100% is its called sustainable weight loss, foundational health and loving your body at all stages of your journey!
