The fact of the matter is when it comes to recruiting you have to think out side of the box. The more outside the box you think the less you leave on the table for someone else to recruit. Let’s face it there is a lot of talent out there and everyone is trying to tap into it. The sooner you start to think outside the box the sooner you will start to add depth to your candidate pool.
