The topic of this conversation was sparked by a personal experience where Jess recognized that her old, negative perfectionist patterns were rising up again in her work behind the scenes, without her even fully realizing it at first.

Jess has opened up on the podcast before about how she has perfectionist tendencies & Steph has opened up about the fact that she actually navigates the opposite! They both have come extremely far in this sense, but that doesn't mean that negative, old patterns don't come to the surface here & there!
