The statistics are alarming. The biggest killer of men under the age of 45 in the UK is suicide. 75% of people who take their lives in the UK are men. Male rates remain consistently higher than female suicide rates across the UK. It is found that around a third of people who end their lives by suicide are in contact with their GP before their death, but are not receiving specialist mental healthcare. Depression is REAL! Mental Health is important!
