Beth James and her daughter Liza are on a journey together to compete at Ironman Wisconsin September 9th. Liza suffered from a traumatic brain injury in a car accident fourteen years ago. Taking inspiration from Rick and Dick Hoyt, Beth and Liza found joy through riding and running outdoors. For more than a decade, they have discovered happiness and joy in endurance events together.
