The Word of our God stands forever. And God speaks through it. What's it look like in real life?

As we walk through Acts, asking questions about how the original, first church functioned and what that can teach us, we need understand the nature of the rituals that have come to define Christianity. Why are they important? What abiding implications do they hold for us in daily life?

Some see nearly all of Ephesians up to this point as a prayer of praise and worship to God for His glory in Salvation. But in today's text, specifically, Paul begins a prayer which reaches high, stoops low, and covers everything in between. What a great model for praying in light of the gospel.

Christ's presence in His Church, represented in local congregations like us. We are variously described: a nation, a family and a temple. As a temple, we're each part of the raw material, the "stuff" of God's growing building! What's that look like day-by-day?
