Erma A. Sinclair is a South Central native currently living and working in Berkeley with students and faculty around issues of race, community development and spiritual formation. Currently an MDiv student at Fuller Theological Seminary, Erma's area of study focuses on trauma informed ministry that is healing centered. Her over arching ministry is passionate about ensuring the Black community has equitable access to quality mental health resources and safe places of worship as methods of healing racial trauma.
