Casual anxiety is situational.

Continual anxiety is habitual.

Chronic anxiety is medical.

Look up and it will lighten up

Look up and remember God is near.

Happiness comes from the outside (circumstances).

Joy comes from the inside (God).

Joy comes when I practice acts of kindness and generosity.

Suffering can interupt the happy life, but suffering is powerless to stop the joyful life.

Joy comes when I invest deeply in what matters most - relationships with people.

The happy life is rooted in your circumstances, joy is rooted in your spirituality.
