The calling to submit here is unqualified- However from past weeks, we know there is one instance when we ought not to submit. What is that condition-

Freedom in the Bible does not mean freedom to do as one might desire. Rather, it means freedom to do what God desires. We have been freed from the slavery of sin and Satan that we might be restored to the glorious position of being a slave of almighty God -cf. Rom. 6-16--

Our submission to every institution of mania to be -unto the Lord.- Our submission to every institution of mania to be -unto the Lord.- Our submission to every institution of mania to be -unto the Lord.- This means that while we may live under unrighteous or unjust rulers we are to submit to laws or rules that do not require us to sin. However, we are called to denounce and oppose the sins of the rulers.

How do we win the battle of the heart when it comes to our -fleshly lusts--

Christ is not teaching us that we should be childish, but childlike in our dependence ups the Father.

Though today at times we might suffer in this state of sin and misery, it truly is the only hell we will ever know- What lays before us is a New Heavens and Earth where we shall -be like Christ- -Rom. 6-5-, see Him as He is -1 Jn. 3-2-, know as we are fully known -1 Cor. 13-12-, cast off this mortal -1 Cor. 15-53-, be free once and for all of the pains and miseries of this life -Rev. 21-3-4-, and so forever be with the Lord -1 Thes. 4-17--

God calls us to present our bodies a living and holy sacrifice -Rom. 12-1-2-. How then does the Christian approach God- As a blemished sacrifice struggling in sin- Or as an unblemished sacrifice conquering sin-

God could have -chosen- any number of rare and valuable things in the Universe as that which he would possess as his very own. Yet of all the trillion upon trillion of things of value He could have claimed, God chose you- Yes, you in your and disbelief-

If God is absolutely sovereign -which He is-, then everything that occurs in this life -including the destruction of the wicked- ultimately is according to God's sovereign will- The Bible is filled with examples of this---1. Joseph declared that the wicked treatment which he had received at the hands of his brothers was accordingly to God's sovereign plan, --you meant it for evil, but God meant it for good-- -Gen. 45-7-8- 50-20-.-2. God informed Moses prior to Moses' return to Egypt that the Lord would -harden Pharaoh's heart- in order demonstrate His omnipotence and glory -Ex. 4-21- 7-3- 9-12- 10-1, 20- 11-10- 14-4, 8, 17-.-3. During the era of the Judges we are told that Samson's lustful infatuation with the Philistine woman of Timnah -was from the Lord,- Judges 14-4.-4. Eli's wicked sons did not listen to their father's advice which would have saved them, -for the Lord desired to put them to death,- 1 Sam. 2-25.
