Bethesda Christian Church Sermon of the Week

Jesus has called of us to follow the great commandment and the great commission. An important question to ask God is, "God, what are you doing? And how can I join you?"

Psalm 23 depicts the seasonal aspect of life, with assurance, Jesus is our good Shepherd. He is ever present and always there and at life's most difficult times.

Jesus is our refuge. In today's message, we hear six different ways on how Jesus is our refuge.

Guest speaker Pastor Peter Chojnacki gives a message on God's promises and His miracles.

Jesus came looking for those who knew they had need, not for those who thought they were good. Jesus came to transact, transfer, and transform transgressors.

This world we live in wants to own us. Allow the Holy Spirit to be the one to help your mind be renewed. When God has all of us, and when the world has none of us, God does the work of renewing our confused minds.

Today, we were reminded that we are called to be as wise as serpents and to be harmless as doves.

Grow and mature in Christ to gain strength in repelling the evil that abounds all around. 1 Corinthians 16:13 tells us to, "Be on your guard; stand firm in the faith; be courageous; and be strong."

As we close the series, Pastor Pat talks about the pair truth and lies. The Word of God is truth. Ask God to reveal the truth and put Jesus at the center.

Wisdom and foolishness. The world will often tell you what you want to hear. But God's wisdom is precious and life-giving.
