Better Building With Buck

Today we are discussing pre-construction contracts and why they're so important to have at the beginning stages of building. A pre-construction contract allows you, your contractors and your designers to work out the pros and cons of your needs and wants for your home before any construction begins. A pre-construction contract is also the best introduction to who you will be working with (your contractors and designers) - after all, building your home will possibly be the biggest investment you'll ever make, so why wouldn't you want to make sure everything is budgeted and expertly and thoughtfully organized before dipping into your savings?

If you are at the beginning stages of building your home, this podcast is for you! Our hosts, General Contractor and Custom Home Builder, Jordan Robertson; and Interior Designer and CAD Technician, Rhiannon Britten; share their expertise on home building and construction protocols, while discussing the benefits of hiring a Design-Build company like Buck Robertson Contracting.

In the future, we will be filming our podcasts and sharing our faces, along with our personalities - but for our first episode, we hope you don't mind it being "audio only"... the original footage didn't vibe, so we hope you enjoyed the company of our mascot, Harold Buck, instead!
