I’m going to tie this in with an issue that seems to be affecting everyone collectively, as well as me personally.

Top of mind lately has been identity and how to get the life you really want. This can apply to health, wealth, relationships, work, everything, but I’m going to address the identity struggles I’ve been having in terms of my body.

You can’t complain your way to where you want to go. What you can do is:

1. Commit to the cause.
2. Find the thing that’s pulling you.
3. Let go of the “it would be nice if…” and go all in on what needs to be done.

We’re gonna work on a big glow up. You are your own main character.
