As a communication trainer for close to 10 years, I'd like to think that we can smooth out all issues with better communication skills.

However, most of the problems we see today cannot be solve with communication skills simply because they are ego problems. In 2026, knowing how to holding our peace and setting boundaries become the most important soft skills in the workplace.
