This weekend, more than 500 kilos of French cheese will be on offer at Carriageworks in Sydney for the city's first French cheese festival.
Of all the nationalities in the world, the French have the reputation of being a nation of cheese lovers. It’s part of the French culture to have cheese on the table – often at every meal, now we get the chance to learn about and sample the delights.
Laurent Damiens from the CNIEL (French Dairy Board) & Xavier Thuret, a french cheesemonger and French cheese ambassador joined Chef Daniel and Ed in studio ahead of the BON FROMAGE CHEESE FESTIVAL. Listen above.
