Social media has given us so much.
It's helped us stay connected with family and friends, preserve memories, grow businesses, discover new places, learn new skills, and celebrate some of life's biggest moments.
But somewhere along the way, I started noticing something else.
Not just what social media was showing me about everyone else, but what it was revealing about me.
In this episode, we're slowing down to explore what happens beneath the scroll. We talk about comparison, validation, constant accessibility, criticism, encouragement, and the difference between having access to someone's life and actually feeling connected to them.
This isn't a conversation about deleting social media or deciding whether it's good or bad. It's an invitation to become more aware of how we're using it, what we're carrying away from it, and what our reactions might be trying to teach us.
Because sometimes what we're longing for isn't another notification or another update.
Sometimes we're longing for something social media was never designed to provide.
Real connection.
