This week I am joined by Lauryn Adams (@laurynadams32), a wonderful friend and the one and only president of the original Pizza Club in Virginia Beach! We talk about making your people feel special because they deserve it, how it’s not too late in life to start your own club, and how to be in a relationship with yourself (crucial!!). We discuss the importance of connection through humor - and don't worry - there's a whole lotta laughin'. On the one year anniversary since we both lost the most important person in our lives, I’m joined by my dear friend John Mayer (@john.s.mayer aka the REAL John Mayer) to reflect on the past year of grief, healing, community, and everything else in the middle. Get ready to feel re-centered and grounded beyond belief as you listen to John authentically share his reflections on the last few years and particularly the past year after losing his wife, saying yes to as much as possible, and soaking up the good that remains in the world.
