Richard Rosenow is one of the HR industry’s leading experts in the rapidly rising field of people analytics. His experience spans the practitioner side – as director of people planning & analytics at Uber and workforce planning program manager at Facebook – as well as the vendor side, in his current role as VP People Analytics Strategy at One Model. The hairy problem of HR data lurking in different places doesn’t scare him; in this interview, he tells us about what HR needs, what IT expects, and the role of other HR vendors.
