In the Opener for Season Six, Nina speaks with Monique Breault and Cai DeLumpa, professional certified coaches with 30+ years experience working in organizations.  As husband and wife and partners in Hive Leadership, a leadership and team coaching firm based in Portland, Oregon, they help people succeed by being and working better together.  In this conversation, Mo and Cai share their approach to working with teams.  They also gave us their insights into the Enneagram, a powerful tool for personal and relational transformation. Finally, the three of them explored the value of "letting the fire burn" during  conflict rather than trying to put it out at the first sign of conflict.
