In this episode I talk more on the POWER of delaying gratification. I talk more on WHY it is necessary to have this skill. Being able to say NO to things today, for a greater payoff later is the essence of delayed gratification. It isn't easy, but it is worth it!

In this episode I share a POWERFUL message on complaining. The idea that just complaining isn't going to solve your problems. If you complain, bring along solutions to the problem. Come up with ideas on HOW to solve the issue at hand. Complaining over and over and over again does no good for you or anybody else... at that point, it is just looking for attention. Come up with SOLUTIONS to the problems at hand!

In this episode I share a POWERFUL quote from David Goggins. Every morning we have a choice in our lives, and that choice will either positively or negatively affect our lives. It is up to US to make that choice. It is up to US to decide how we want to se the tone for our day. Make the right decision.

In this episode I share a powerful quote that reminds us to PLAY THE LONG GAME! Do not let one year of not reaching your goals cause you to quit. We will underestimate what we can do in 10 years when we don't give up and don't quit! When 2021 is up, don't say you are done. This is just year 1 of 10. KEEP GOING!

In this episode I share a common theme on this podcast, LIFE ISN'T FAIR. The good news? Since life isn't fair, we are ABLE to live out our dreams. We are ABLE to change our circumstances in life. BECAUSE life isn't fair, these things are possible. The sobering truth is life will never be fair, but we can use that to our advantage. Will you?
