Welcome back to another episode of the show! 

Today, I sit down with an old friend from my Marine Corps days, Eric Spector. He works in real estate by day, but by night Eric operates a kettlebell/fitness page on Instagram. In addition to doing the workouts he puts out, I have been inspired by his message. His mantra is "Habits over motivation. Systems over goals. Go touch some grass". We go over the thought behind the mantra and much more in this episode. In the end Eric and I both agreed that focusing on one thing (a hobby for instance) within your sphere of influence, is a great thing. You can better yourself and that might change the world.
