Natalie takes us on a deep dive into the phenomenon of confirmation bias and how it shows up in our relationships, family life, and society at large.
If we want to experience a balanced life where we can communicate openly and be available for opportunities for growth, we have to be able to identify where we have confirmation bias. This means we have to learn to be okay with the possibility that we could be wrong.
She also shares a list of how we each can specifically address our own confirmation bias in a healthy way that fosters deeper understanding of ourselves and our world.
