Hey!
In this episode I expand a bit more on the last episode of self acceptance and shame.
Focusing more on the shame aspect, how and why you I've focused more on becoming shamless and why you should do the same.
Hey everyone, Happy Thursday!
Today we're talking about the link between self acceptance and chasing your dreams. You're actual dreams. Not the dreams that have been given to you.
I think alof of us (me included) have spent alot of time going after things that we've been told to want. That will allegedly make us happy. But we're all different people and have different desires.
And to actually live a fufilled life and chase your dreams (for real) you have to accept that those dreams may not look the way you've been told they should look.
Treating people poorly, because you were treated poorly will never be the wave.
Having seniority in an capacity dosen't give you the right to rude, it shows that despite whatever experience you've gained in your time you've maintained and exhibit poor character.
And that is not something to be praised.
Hiiiii, long time no speak! I'm back on the last day of the year. XD Starting the New Year with a little chat.
So much has happened since the last time we talked, I only cover a little here. But the full Re-Cap is coming. I just felt called to speak before years end.
I'm happy to be back!
When things happen we're quick to assign meaning to them. Good or Bad. But I've realized that often our perceptions of good and bad aren't accurate.
Hi everyone! Tonight (at my place anyway) we're talking about finding community and learning to ride the chaos wave called life.
If you haven't already, check out MerPeople on Netflix, I enjoyed it quiet a bit. ๐๐๐
In 2021's final episode, I share some of the mental/spiritual breakthroughs I've had this year. What letting go of things actually looks like, and why you don't need to try and save everyone!
