I'm enjoying the little things in life lately so I thought I'd share a few things that I use on the daily that put a smile on my face :) Sparking joy doesn't need to be a Chanel bag, it can be a perfect evening routine that includes a balanced meal, hormone balancing tea, or just a cute pair of effing ballet flats!!!

Let's recap my "boring girl summer," together which embraced simplicity and self-care through low-key activities like walking the seawall, binge-watching shows, and exploring vancouver's nature. I also dish on my trip home (Sault Ste. Marie) where I got to spend quality time with my family and I describe my perfect "facile fall," which I intend to maintain a slower pace, incorporate more relaxation, and prioritize health in all aspects of life. And finally, what you're REALLY here for, my new found life being "boy sober" where I let you in on the benefits of removing myself from dating to focus on personal goals.

Guys, what is going on with men these days?

In this episode I recap Bravo's Summer House reunion, but specifically how West Wilson fumbled Ciara Miller and how I'm seeing this behaviour over, and over, and over again in real life. I keep saying men and women are at war when it comes to dating in 2024. But how are we supposed to get along when men simply don't want to commit.
