***Full Disclosure*** This episode was recorded at the start of the trial but is only being published now due to technical difficulties. Since the trial started there has been even more evidence that unveiled that may lead to the acquittal of Derek Chauvin. Most points that are talked about in this episode have proven to be true. In the time since this episode was recorded, media coverage of the trial has neglected to report the evidence and testimony favorable to the defense that is being viewed by the jurors.
In this episode of Between the Lies, Pat Henry breaks down what will be the defense of Derek Chauvin and the media malpractice in covering these issues. In criminal court, a defendant can only be convicted if a jury believes that the defended committed a crime beyond a reasonable doubt. As Pat will show, there is much reasonable doubt to be found in the case against former Minneapolis Police Officer Derek Chauvin.
