The fractured parts of us are usually the most integral part for the next chapter of life, these parts are gifts and allowing those to be shared empower the voices of others.

After sharing her story with me a couple of weeks ago Lena and I spoke about the concept of truth and the power in sharing your story layer by layer. It's ok to come out of the other end of trauma and wonder " What the F#*% did I just say"? There are many more chances to shed those layers; those truths.

Let's go between the lines.

"I would like to pay my respects to the traditional owners of the land in which we work on and with, the land of the Wadawurrang people. I pay my respects to their Elders, past and present, and Emerging"
