Invite yourself inwards. Find peace in acknowledging the pieces of you on this journey.
Follow the tender entry, listen, breathe and welcome space. One step inwards at a time.
Ground in. Take your time, no matter where you are there is always a way through. Listen for a new perspective of where you are right now 🌀🥨
The call to welcome a new season felt like divine timing as a birth my second child, the lessons and potent reminders of my voice sparked me to share my story here with you.
In this episode I lean into my threads of safety in my body and life, of trusting love within myself and for others to love me. I speak into my fears around loss and the ways in which I have been asked to let go. To birth in full feminine form, fully held and surrendered.
I speak of my miscarriage, my home birth and the layers in-between as I navigated this powerful rite of passage.
The invite is here to lean into what is on your heart, to bring those stories forth into the physical. As we share we heal ourselves and others. Lean in.

Today we are speaking with Kemi Nekvapil, a powerful woman, author, coach and mother.
This connection was divinely aligned as Kemi was an inspiration for my own voice and taking actions on my dreams. Our time together in a coaching container inspired me to speak with her about her story and the threads of her life.
We speak of her journey through her five foster families from age two and the threads of worthiness, belonging and owning her story of being a woman of colour.
Kemi shares the moments of her voice not being heard and where she stood in her power along the way.
Now as an accredited Coach and space holder for women to own their power, she shares her defining moments that changed the course of her life, and how this has shown up in her work today.
She's worked harder than most, humble, grounded and an inspiring woman of strength and grace. This is her story.
As we dive into Kemi’s story and share each of our perspectives and experiences we invite you to lean into your own story.
Have you felt similar?
Do you resonate? and if so how?
As we share our stories we give permission for ourselves to rise above the narratives and honour our unique journeys. Plus we give permission for others to deepen too, we can raise the frequencies of each other by storytelling, sharing and connecting.
If you've resonated with this episode or any of Season 1 we would love to hear from you by leaving a comment, subscribing or sharing with another woman who may need to hear these stories.

Today we are speaking with Denara Amat, the founder of Seda Collective, an ethical fashion brand connecting the stories of artisans across the globe.
We talk of the beginning of Seda and how meeting the artisans she works with has deepened her story, and empowered her to share her own voice.
'I don't empower these artisans, they empower me'
Denara shares her story of migrating to Australia 15 years ago and speaks of how she has adapted, put on a brave face, founded her ethical business, stepped away from limitations and begun shedding light on her truth.
As an Uzbec/Uyghur Woman from East Turkestan, Denara speaks about her reality of being a woman from a culture that has been and IS ( right now) experiencing genocide. For over 15O years her country and culture has been subjected to ethnical cleansing and she speaks of finding out about the truth of her origin and her experiences growing up in China.
We talk about how The Black Lives Matter Movement created a wave across the globe and how it also gave Denara a sense of power to expand and be seen.
She is here to be a voice and give opportunity to people whose stories are being lost. Her brand is an echo of her passion, hard-work, strength and the merging of traditions in the modern world.
Amongst her expansion of self-identity in 2020, her brand Seda partnered with Australian iconic brand Gorman with a capsule collection. Denara is continuing ethical collaborations with more artisans, brands and people who want to create a better world and a better life. Already supporting over 30 indigenous families in Columbia Denara is only getting started.
As we dive into Denara's story and share each of our perspectives and experiences we invite you to lean into your own story.

Today we are talking to Rochelle, Mother, Grandmother, ex-Personal trainer and the Founder of ‘Share the Dignity’, a charity that works to provide at-risk women across the nation with sanitary products.
Rochelle and I dive into her past and how netball taught her about mate-ship and the strength of women bonding over a common goal. As a player and coach many of her lessons learnt in this sport is how she has built a strong network and foundation across the Nation.
Her upbringing in domestic violence taught her to get back up time and time again, and she attributes her strength to the family life she experienced.
On the topic of Period poverty Rochelle shares the time when she first read of the 48,000 homeless women in a Mamamia article in 2015. She was shocked to find that women were without basic needs and using socks and newspapers during their menstrual cycles.
She began her quest for giving the dignity back to women as a Personal Trainer, asking her clients to bring pads and tampons for every wine they drank that month, giving those items to local shelters which then lead to her founding 'Share the Dignity'.
Rochelle’s passion oozes through the stories we discuss, the triumphs and tribulations she has witnessed of other women, youth and families.
'The need is so great' she says, and we are the solution.
As we dive into Rochelle’s story and share each of our perspectives and experiences we invite you to lean into your own story.

Today we are speaking to Jo Betz, Marriage Celebrant, Mother and Author of 'Grief'- a guided Journal. Jo opens up about her story and the threads of grief she has experienced since the sudden death of her Husband.
Jo shares that she is innately a positive and bubbly person but through her journey she has softened into believing 'It's ok not to be ok' and through her journey she has empowered herself to give grief a voice for all.
We discuss her thoughts on seeing grief as non-linear, not having to 'fix' grief, witnessing emotions and traumatic healing as well as realising her strength and vulnerability. Jo talks about the power in both and how after Craig passed she began to learn to back herself.
Jo shares the journey of single/solo parenthood navigating the grief process as a Mother-Daughter duo and the birth of her 'Grief' Journal which was released during the 2020 Global Grief state.
As we dive into Jo's story and share each of our perspectives and experiences we invite you to lean into your own story.
