I almost didn't record this episode.
I convinced myself I had too much to do, too many hats to wear, and not enough time. Then something clicked.
At any point, you can decide something isn't working anymore.
That doesn't always mean quitting. Sometimes it means changing the way you do it. Sometimes it means changing your schedule, your systems, or your expectations.
But before you change everything, there's one question you have to ask yourself:
Is the system actually broken... or am I not honoring the boundaries I've set for myself?
In this episode, I'm thinking out loud about self-audits, boundaries with ourselves, the trap of constantly optimizing instead of taking action, and why imperfect action will almost always beat the "perfect" plan.
This one's a little messy, completely unplanned, and probably one of my favorite conversations yet.
I'd love to hear what you think.
