Drill Sergeant Z and the Anonymous GM are back to talk what was a somewhat slow week in wrestling.  Neither of us are excited about the prospects of AEW Revolution and the Sarge goes as far as to say it might be AEW's worst PPV ever.  Very shocking stuff here.  Is Vince back in control in WWE? We dive into all of this while previewing Revolution.  Also don't forget to check out Capital Championship Wrestling March 11 Battle of the Throne, as we are sponsoring the Renegade Twins who are on a whirlwind of a tour currently.  All of this and more on this weeks episode.  We will be back in 2 weeks as we take a little break before really kicking it into high gear on the Road to Wrestlemania.

We first want to give a major congratulations to the new NWA women's tag team champions the Renegade Twins.  We will be sponsoring them at the upcoming Capital Championship Wrestling show Battle of the Throne on 11 March.  We then preview WWE's upcoming Elimination Chamber PLE.  Drill Sergeant Z and the Anonymous GM are really buying into the Sami Zayn hype and discuss what we think will happen at the show and lead up to Wrestlemania.

We are on the Road to Wrestlemania, and before we get too deep into it we make a pit stop at our local indie wrestling shows.  Mainly Capital Championship Wrestling and Warriors of Wrestling. Drill Sergeant Z and the Anonymous GM reminisce about Fun Station USA in Staten Island where Warriors of Wrestling show took place and where they used to play basketball as kids.  Drill Sergeant Z had a phenomenal time at both shows and we sponsored the Renegade Twins match at the CCW show.  They didn't win, but Drill Sergeant Z has some big news about them and Kilynn King after talking to them about both shows.  On the Road to Wrestlemania we talk about the master class that Cody Rhodes and Paul Heyman put on as well as the Toxic Attraction barber shop type scene.  All of this and more on this weeks episode.

After an exciting Royal Rumble, Drill Sergeant Z and the Anonymous GM break down everything that happened.  From Drill Sergeant Z still not being satisfied that Cody Rhodes was announced prior to the Rumble, to the craziness of the Black Out match, to the Women's Rumble, and to what finally happened in the main event.  Sarge and the GM of course can not agree, but they still had a blast.  We also talk about our sponsorship with Capital Championship Wrestling with the Renegade Twins who will be attempting to regain their tag team titles on 4 February in New Jersey.

Drill Sergeant Z and the Anonymous GM take you on the start of the road to Wrestlemania, with this weeks episode, but before we can get to the Royal Rumble we must go back and recap an amazing Raw 30.  One of the best Monday Night Raw's in years, the guys liked all of the segments except for the 2 women's segments as creative continues to fall flat with developing story lines for the women.  During the preview show the GM makes some bold predictions about Sami Zayn and what he thinks will happen at Wrestlemania, while Drill Sergeant Z isn't smelling what he's cooking.  All of this and more on this weeks episode.  We also can't forget that we will be sponsoring the Renegade Twins tag team championship match on 4 Feb at Capital Championship Wrestling Victory in Westville, NJ. We are proud to be sponsoring their match and such an amazing organization.

Drill Sergeant Z and the Anonymous GM are back.  This week Cody Rhodes announced that he will be at the Royal Rumble just like the Anonymous GM said he would be.  Drill Sergeant Z of course is upset about it and they talk about what other surprises the WWE might have in store with Cody now being announced.  We both are excited about Raw 30 and think it should be a good fun show in the lead up to the Royal Rumble.  Last and certainly not least we talk about AEW Dynamite from this week and what a let down the show was.  The week before they have an amazing show and we know not every show can be amazing, but to go from that to a show that didn't have a direction was quite odd.  All of this and more on this weeks episode.

After a brief hiatus for the holidays, Drill Sergeant Z and the Anonymous GM are back and it goes hand in hand with what is going in the world or professional wrestling.  Surprise, surprise, Vince is back. As well as Mercedes Mone returning to wrestling and of course you know its all about the boom! Adam Cole Bay Bay is back.  All of this as well as Stephanie McMahon stepping down as Co-CEO and getting ready for the Royal Rumble and what we want to see in the lead up.

Drill Sergeant Z and the Anonymous GM get into the holiday spirit like any pro wrestling fan does and talk about all the amazing gifts that wrestling has given us over the year.  The Bloodline takes over Monday Night Raw a la NWO style. The guys future book out to Wrestlemania and what they would like to see from the Rumble to the lead up.  HHH has brought back many wrestlers that were let go and a lot of these come backs have fell flat.  All of this and more on this weeks episode as well as the year end awards on next weeks episode which will be on Tuesday next week.

Drill Sergeant Z and the Anonymous have a very special episode this week as they are physically together recording for the first time and what comes out of this is amazing.  Breakdowns of NXT Deadline, the women's division still rolling, and Mandy Rose fired?  We have a different take than most on the Mandy situation.  All of this and so much more on this week's edition of Between the Ropes.
