Crews from our busier companies can spend a month rehabilitating and resting. They are given Whoop Bands to track sleep and recovery among other data points, cold plunge therapy, special access to our physical therapists, yoga, meditation, and many other therapies to reset. It is an ongoing trial and is receiving positive feedback. The crews assigned still train and run calls but at a slower pace.
