This episode features guest LaVonte Stewart, a former college football player who shares his personal journey and challenges which then brought him establish Lost Boyz, Inc., an organization with a "mission to provide sports-based youth development to help boys and girls in Chicago's under-resourced neighborhoods, to develop confidence, resilience, and life skills". In this episode we touch on the importance of sports and how setbacks occur but you can't give up, as well as the importance of giving back!

We're excited this episode to have on guest Branton Box, an actor, writer, trainer, and teacher in self-inquiry and breathwork! Branton is known for his acting work in the show Mayans M.C. (2018), The Walking Dead (2010) and SEAL Team (2017). In this episode we get talking with Branton about his background in growing up in Texas and how he got into the entertainment industry. LIVE! From the famous Clermont Lounge in Atlanta, we're thrilled to be joined by our lovely guests Blondie and Cassy! In this episode we talk about the history of the Clermont Lounge, Atlanta's first and longest operating female owned strip club, and what makes it one of the most unique bars in the world. Blondie and Cassy share with us their most memorable moments as dancers and some of their experiences with various celebrities that have frequented the Clermont (as well as which celebrity they'd still like to see visit someday). We talk with Blondie about her writing and she even reads a poem for us! Cassy shares with us an experience she had when being recognized at a grocery store and the importance of body positivity. We talk about all of this and so much more in this episode!

Season 3 of Between Two Studds is officially starting! We kick off our first episode with an audience favorite, Chef Reuben Dhanawade! In this episode we hear from Reuben about his amazing year in 2022, where he was a contestant on the show "Chopped" and we get to hear about his experience on the show! We also get talking to Reuben about his latest adventures now in the city of Nashville, and what he's been up to since the show aired (spoiler alert - amazing things!). Reuben talks with us too about getting back to his roots with cooking Indian food, and gives us some tips on what to order to impress chefs! We hear about differences between the culinary scene in Delaware and Nashville, and we get talking about the Miami Dolphins and the AFC East heading into the new season! For our 50th episode celebration, we're bringing very excited to be bringing on our father! This is a special extended edition episode as we have so much to talk about in this episode! Within the episode, we get talking a little about Ron's background in growing up in Western New York, his original dream of being a pilot and his experience in flight training and troubles he ran into with turbulence on one flight. Related to flying, we talk too about traveling and seeing the world and some of the experiences and tips. We also talk about Ron's career, starting as a chemist, and then getting into management, and finally in his eventual retirement, which was early due to developing cervical dystonia. We discuss what cervical dystonia is exactly, and efforts to manage the condition, and overall awareness around it. Wrapping the episode up, we talk about Ron's hope for the future and what he'd like to do with his retirement, and of course too...we talk about the Buffalo Bills and what this season could bring, and what Studd and Sons will do should the Buffalo Bills win a Super Bowl (and where they'll be).
