In January, we sat down at the LMC open house with Majesty Yachts USA, Greg Terraglio, they build yachts from 100-175 feet in the Middle East and this is the first time they brought one to the USA. Greg is a licensed yacht broker who owns Sovereign Yacht Sales in Stuart, Florida. Greg is a hands on broker who really understand what goes into building a boat. As with any international business dealing, when buying or selling an Italian yacht, it is imperative to do your homework and understand how the market works. Communication is key.
