Because honestly… why is everyone posting everything with zero hesitation?? We say a little “maybe don’t post that” could save society. But Desola also says stay shameless, because it exposes who people really are.

We're really back!

In this episode, we catch up on life. From fitfam crash, to the everyday chaos of “life doing its thing,” and even my epic $2 lottery win (spoiler: not $2 million).

Then we dive into community. Growing up, we were surrounded by the strong, supportive communities our parents cultivated, and it made childhood feel a little brighter.

Now, as adults, we struggle to build the same kind of connections. Partly because of our personalities (we’re not super “people-y”) and partly because the world makes it easy to stay disconnected (hello, online groceries and Ring cameras!).

We reflect on how friends and intentional community carry us through life, and why creating your own support system matters more than ever.
