If we've learned anything from our friend Dawn Brodey from the HILF (History I'd Like to F**k) podcast is that history is always down for a good time! So we drafted the historical characters in films that get our juices flowing and let Dawn decide which seductive icons come out on top! Considering BVK has never done a Tom Hanks movie, and we're about to have a run of them over the next few episodes, we had to start with Forrest Gump! And considering this is one of the most historically accurate films of all-time, we had to bring on our super-smart and funny friend Dawn Brodey from the HILF podcast (History I'd Like to Fuck) to fact the check the shit out of our incoherent ramblings.

Fresh off our Fight Club pod, BVK decided to get real and figure out which actors and actresses could beat some real-life ass. So we argued about the stipulations for a few weeks and eventually drafted teams of four to battle in our fictional kumite! To determine the survivors of the BVK Bloodsport, we brought in our friend from the Reel Drunks pod, Matt Marleau, to make the final judgement on whose team is the most ass-kickingest!!!

It's Valentine's Day and love is in the air... along with a little sweat... a few droplets of blood... and OH SHIT, did we just dial-up Fight Club on this most commercial of the holidays? You bet your skinny, 6-packed ass we did! BVK hits this one hard and repeatedly as we grapple with tough questions like what is up with Tyler Durden's bedroom tactics and could this movie have used the sweet stylings of Lee Greenwood. Zach is the "fish out of water" this week as he puts his 1st place drafter status on the line against some hungry competition. Our friend Greg returns to pass judgement on which of these characters are most memorably out of place, kinda like Zach having more wins than everybody else.
