Siamo certi che ognuno di voi abbia provato almeno una volta nella vita un caffè da Starbucks, ma vi siete mai chiesti dove è nata la Starbucks Experience?
Oggi abbiamo avuto il piacere di approfondire questo tema con Alessandro Lana, marketing manager della Starbucks Reserve Roastery di Milano, uno spazio esperienziale unico nel suo genere.
Alessandro ha un’interessante esperienza lavorativa, iniziata del mondo dello sport con FC Internazionale Milano e proseguita sempre nel settore del marketing e della comunicazione. Il ruolo degli eventi, di cui si è occupato anche nel primo periodo in Starbucks, è per lui importante in quanto in grado di creare una connessione tra le persone, grazie ad un’esperienza emotiva ed immersiva.
Per Alessandro lavorare per un love brand è sempre una sfida interessante ed appassionante. Starbucks è infatti un brand riconosciuto a livello globale e i suoi clienti non sono solo consumatori, ma assidui follower e fan legati al brand da una connessione emotiva.
Nel 2018 Starbucks arriva a Milano con la Reserve Roastery, un importante momento per l’azienda in quanto l’Italia fu ispiratrice della Starbucks Experience, sviluppata sul concetto di “third place”, quel luogo accogliente tra casa e ufficio. La Starbucks Reserve Roastery, nello splendido Palazzo Broggi di piazza Cordusio, accompagna le persone in un’esperienza immersiva nel mondo del caffè, un emozionante viaggio che inizia dalle lontane terre di coltivazione fino alla preparazione in tazza, coinvolgendo differenti persone, ognuna con la propria storia.
Con Alessandro siamo andati veramente “Beyond the business” attraverso la sua esperienza personale nel migliorarsi ogni giorno e raggiungere i propri obiettivi. Abbiamo parlato di curiosità, propositività, flessibilità e propensione al cambiamento.

Come si diventa giornalista di moda?
In questo nuovo episodio di Beyond Business abbiamo fatto una chiacchierata con Carlo Gaetaniello, Co-founder di Wiseair, una giovane start-up che ha lo scopo di misurare la qualità dell’aria nelle città italiane. In questo nuovo episodio di Beyond Business abbiamo fatto una chiaccherata con Enrico Casati, Co-founder di Velasca, brand direct-to-consumer italiano di scarpe fatte a mano nelle Marche, che sta rivoluzionando il mondo delle calzature in Italia e nel mondo.
Enrico ci ha raccontato del suo percorso di grande ispirazione prima di fondare Velasca che lo ha portato in giro per il mondo prima a Londra, poi a Denver ed ancora a Shangai e Singapore.
Abbiamo scoperto come è nata l'idea di Velasca e le strategie che l'hanno portata a fatturare da poche decine di migliaia a milioni di euro.
